The Celebration Sports Club is a part of the association which evolved with the objective of creating Sports & Recreational facilities such as Football, Cricket, Skating, Karate, Squash, Badminton, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Snooker/Billiards, Bridge Room, Swimming, Scuba Diving, Gymnasium, Spa (Steam/Sauna/Jacuzzi/Massage), Zumba Fitness, Yoga etc.
It boasts of having an Olympic size swimming pool. You can say that it is truly a State of The Art Sports Club in the Suburbs of Mumbai.
Live Pages has taken the responsibility to implement web-based technology solutions to improve the processes and efficiency of the administrative staff as well as offer advanced services to the club members through mobile devices and web based applications.
The Challenge
The club was using a desktop application to manage their day to day activities such as booking facilities, accounts management, members profiles, vendors, guests etc. Due to the limitations of desktop applications and scalability constrains the support offered by the software vendor was causing delays at various points and impacting the efficiency of the front desk and back office.
The Solution

We have been successful in migrating to a fully web based club management system and the administration staff finds using tablets in place of the bulky desktops very trendy and convenient. The provision to access the club system through handphones has made working easy and efficient. Members are eagerly awaiting to use the convenience of ‘Mobile Access System’ which will give them freedom from mandatorily carrying the access cards every time they want to gain entry into the club.
